Mazmur 74:18

74:18 Remember how ¹  the enemy hurls insults, O Lord, ² 

and how a foolish nation blasphemes your name!

Mazmur 74:22-23

74:22 Rise up, O God! Defend your honor! ³ 

Remember how fools insult you all day long! ⁴ 

74:23 Do not disregard ⁵  what your enemies say, ⁶ 

or the unceasing shouts of those who defy you. ⁷ 

Mazmur 79:12

79:12 Pay back our neighbors in full! ⁸ 

May they be insulted the same way they insulted you, O Lord! ⁹

[79:12]  ⁸ tn Heb “Return to our neighbors sevenfold into their lap.” The number seven is used rhetorically to express the thorough nature of the action.
